Pick a brand in Gradia
Open Shop & Earn in the app. Each brand shows its points rate before you go.

Tap through to the brand’s website and buy as normal, in the same visit.

Points land once confirmed
They show as pending while the brand checks the order, then move to your monthly total.
- Only confirmed points count towards your tier.
- Returned, cancelled or ineligible orders do not earn points, and points already added for them can be removed.
- Tapping a brand also earns 1 point, up to 30 points a week.

How do I verify my student status?
Create your account with any email address, then verify with your UK university email (usually ending .ac.uk). We send a code to that address and you enter it in the app.
Is Gradia free for students?
Yes. Gradia is free to download and use, and you never need to buy anything to take part in Monthly Tier Rewards.
How do I earn points?
Open the app, complete daily and weekly challenges, refer friends, use offers and shop with Shop & Earn brands. Each way to earn and its points are shown in the app.
Why are my Shop & Earn points pending?
The brand has to confirm the purchase first, and how long that takes varies by brand. Points move to confirmed once it does. Returned, cancelled or ineligible purchases do not earn points, and points already added for them can be removed.
When do my points reset?
Your points total goes back to zero at the start of each calendar month. Points do not carry over and cannot be swapped for cash.
How are Monthly Tier Rewards chosen?
Each tier has one reward each month. On or around the 1st of the next month, one student is picked at random from everyone who reached that tier. You can be in the selection for more than one tier.
How will I know if I have been picked?
We tell you in the app and by email within five working days of the selection, with instructions for claiming your reward.
What are the rewards?
Rewards can include cash, gift cards or products. Each month’s rewards are shown in the app at the start of the month.
